A one-day embodied movement workshop with with Mari Winkelman and Sophie Marsh, awakening into body awareness of contact and the movement that arises with yourself, the ground & space, and other movers.
Together we will explore our embodied/emotional/imaginal edges and depths as we feel them in our bodies, with space to feel into and honour our embodied consent, experience and responses.
Including solo, partner and group practices for finding yourself anew as you become attuned to your experience of sensation and emotion inside and outside of contact. With time to experiment and weave this into your own unique movement creativity.
Times: 10am-6pm with a spacious lunch break, and some outdoor practice time (weather dependant)
Cost: £40-60 sliding scale (Max 8 participants.)
