Have you been trying to cope for so long that you can’t remember the last time you just felt ok in your body and mind? Does it feel like the impacts from traumatic events or relationships have taken over your life and are overshadowing everything else? Maybe your body is showing you that although you’ve tried so hard and coped for a while, now it’s time for you to get some extra support or things will just get worse.

In my integrative embodied therapy I provide sensitive listening and guide you towards resourcing practices to stabilise and settle your body and mind. Sessions are a space for you to explore meaning in the symptoms you experience in your body and mind. From here you can begin to relate to yourself more gently, curiously and compassionately.

As an experienced therapist, I have supported many of my clients through this process, and although I don’t offer quick fixes, just by making a commitment to knowing and loving yourself more, you will move towards feeling that this life you long for may not be so unattainable.
